Our university took an important step in the international arena and signed a cooperation protocol with the UK. He stated that the university has internationalised with this move and opened to the UK through Teknokent. The Rector emphasised the importance of Technopolis as innovation and R&D centres to have the ability to follow the developments in the world and stated that with this protocol, the university will contribute to the whole world as well as the city and the country.
Gökhan Acar from Valura stated that this protocol aims to establish a bridge with London. Stating that they aim to transfer the integration of innovation, science and industry in the UK to Turkey, Acar explained that they aim to increase the exchange of information between the two countries and to establish contact with the universities there. Acar added that with the protocol, @PauTeknokent will open an office in the UK and this office will be located in a region where technological developments are particularly intense. He expressed that they hope to turn their dreams into reality with these steps.
